Currie set to miss out

Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Darren Currie is likely to make way for the daunting trip to face champions elect Brighton. Manager John Still has favoured a 4-5-1 shape away from home in recent weeks so Currie is likely to drop out with striker Jon Nurse moving out into his place on the left. That should see Damian Scannell or Oliver Lee come into midfield from the start. Midfielder Solomon Taiwo is available again following his ankle injury picked up at Swindon a month ago but is likely to be on the bench. Striker John Akinde scored his first goal for the club in the 3-1 win over Notts County on Saturday and will keep his place as the Daggers look to keep clear of the drop zone.
