The game at Victoria Park, which was due to be televised by Sky Sports, was called off just after 8pm after a fault at a nearby sub-station meant the floodlights could not get up to full power. "Dagenham have done everything they could, it's just very unfortunate. The referee gave it every opportunity to be played but the decision was made to call it off," said Scott. "We can't do anything about it. It's unfortunate, both teams had a good rest and it's frustrating as results (on Saturday) went our way. "But now it's an opportunity for our new lads to bed in before our game against Gillingham." Scott is also close to completing the signing of former MK Dons midfielder Craig Dobson, who has been training with the Bees recently.
