Top 10 European Championship goalscorers - Milan Baros

13 January 2012 15:56
Former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker Milan Baros first made an appearance for the Czech Republic in 2001.

The 30 year old will be hoping to add to his tally of 39 goals in 85 appearances at Euro 2012.

He scored all five of his European Championship goals at Euro 2004 and helped the Czechs reach the semi finals before eventually losing to the tournament winners, Greece.

Two goals for Baros in the quarter final against Denmark helped his side to a 3-0 victory and added to his previous goals against Germany, Latvia and the Netherlands.

The Galatasaray forward is the 5th most capped player in his nations history and is 16 goals away from equalling their scoring record.
