Czech media were in a jubilant mood on Sunday as they hailed their team's 1-0 victory over Poland that sent the side into the quarter-finals.
"We're through! Thanks guys," says the front page of the Blesk tabloid -- one of two Czech papers published on Sunday.
"The wonderful Euro ride continues... the Czechs advance as group winners and Greece from second spot. Incredible," it added.
Fantastic! Jiracek sent the Czechs to the quarter-finals," said the website of the Sport daily.
Petr Jiracek scored the only goal of the game on Saturday night, as the Czechs beat co-hosts Poland to snatch top spot in Group A and consigned their beaten opponents and Russia to an early exit.
