Warnock won't walk out on Palace

The club's players were informed after Saturday's game against Watford that they would be paid 10 days late. But Warnock, who is a close friend of chairman Simon Jordan, has no plans to leave the club in the lurch and told the South London Press: "Everyone in football tends not to bother when things go wrong but I think the opposite - I'm committed to Simon and I want the players to support me in the same way. "I've not got many years left in management and I want to be looking at the top end of the table, because I want to be in the Premier League. "But I'm also aware of Simon's commitment, not just now but over the last couple of years. I owe it to him to get the lads prepared and going as best I can and support him in a difficult period. He's been the best chairman I've ever had." Meanwhile, former Palace player John Oster, who left the club for Doncaster in the summer, has claimed he is one of four players, along with James Scowcroft, Shefki Kuqi and Paul Ifill, who are owed money from the final month of their contracts.
