Warnock set for talks
18 Feb 2010 - 14:50:19
Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has said he will speak to club administrator Brendan Guilfoyle about his future.
Fellow Championship strugglers QPR are thought to be ready to make a move for the 61-year-old but Guilfoyle has said he wants Warnock to remain in charge.
After Wednesday night's 3-1 loss at home to Reading, Warnock wouldn't be drawn on the reports.
Speaking after the loss, he said: "I'm not going to comment on what he's said. Until I speak to him then I haven't got a clue about that."
On the game, Warnock was irritated with his side's defending and also had a word to say about referee Dean Whitestone, who he believes was conned by the visitors.
"I don't enjoy losing - I've still gone in to see the ref tonight and tried to educate him, they were conning fouls," he added.
"Goals change games and you can't legislate for schoolboy defending. If we defend like that we won't beat anybody."
