Paul Ifill
Crystal Palace : At the age of 16 Paul Ifill was rejected from Watford's youth team and moved back to his hometown of Brighton. He went to college and enrolled on a physical education course and also started to play non-league football with Saltdean United where he was spotted by Millwall. Between moving club Ifill suffered an injury and was given just one month to prove himself to his new team. He still manages to show Millwall what he was capable of as he scored 4 goals on the next Saturday and the following week another 2. Whilst at Millwall he was out of action for 3 months due to a recurring back injury which prevented him from sprinting but fortunately a Harley Street consultant diagnosed the problem and he was given treatment.
