Palace make light of Diddy rumours

Palace's administrator Brendan Guilfoyle is trying to find a buyer for the cash-strapped Championship outfit but is not thought to have heard from the 40-year-old megastar. But a mischievous member of Palace's media office has flagged up a story on the club's official website with the title 'P Diddy - Crystal Palace FC can confirm...' However, the story itself merely goes on to state that P Diddy's album will be one of the prizes to be won in a forthcoming match day draw. Guilfoyle has extended the deadline for parties interested in buying the club to prove they have the funds until Friday March 26.
