Palace hopeful over Beattie

Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has held positive talks with West Brom counterpart Tony Mowbray over extending Craig Beattie's loan deal.
The Scotland international has impressed Warnock during his five appearances while on loan with the Eagles for an initial month.
"I've spoken to Tony Mowbray and after those talks I'm optimistic that we can keep Craig here," Warnock told the Croyden Advertiser.
"What works in our favour is that Tony can recall Craig at any point during the loan, so if they are short of numbers or need him back for whatever their reason there won't be a problem."
