Defence key for Flahavan

Southend United goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan is confident that his side can stave off the threat of relegation, as long as they tighten up in defence in the coming weeks.
The Blues are still deep in trouble near the foot of the Championship, with Flahavan having kept just one clean sheet in his last nine outings.
He told the Southend Standard: "Clean sheets will go a long way to keeping us in this division.
"We've let a few goals in lately and it would nice to get back to keeping out the other sides again, starting with the game at Ipswich this Saturday.
"We need a win because draws aren't really much good to us now in our position.
"We know what we need to do and we don't need people telling us how many points or wins we need."
