Crystal Palace striker Calvin Andrew is back and raring to go following a six-month injury lay-off and now he is looking to make an impact for the first team.
The 22-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer, is hoping to put his injury problems behind him and force his way into manager Neil Warnock's plans.
After snapping the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee while on loan at Brighton in May, the former Luton Town man made his comeback in the 1-1 draw at Coventry City last Saturday and he believes now is the time to show his value to the Eagles.
Speaking to Your Local Guardian, he said: "I am confident I can make an impact between now and the end of the season.
"It's all just about getting the feeling back and getting used to all the goings on again and hopefully I can go on to prove what I am about.
"The club has not said anything about a contract, but I don't blame them."
