Palace boss Neil Warnock revealed after Saturday's win over Peterborough that Moses was on the verge of a move to the Premier League, with Wigan widely reported to be that club.[LNB]The likes of Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, and West Brom all made bids for Moses, but the player's agent Tony Finnegan told Sky Sports News on Sunday that the 19-year-old has joined Wigan after passing a medical at the DW Stadium.[LNB]The incoming funds will ease the financial worries at Selhurst Park following the club's slide into administration and Warnock suggested the Latics have got themselves a bargain.[LNB]He said: "I expect to see Victor do very well in the Premier League and I think a lot of other managers, who have ummed and ahhed and thought I was wasting their time, are going to eat their words.[LNB]"I see him floating around up front off a targetman. Good players can play anywhere.[LNB]"He's got the ability and the quality and he's added the hard work of late.[LNB]"I've told him I'm really looking forward to watching him and if he needs me at all I'm on the end of the phone."[LNB][LNB]
