Warnock: Lee switch 'not close'
The 30-year-old cost Palace around £600,000 in August last year but found the net just three times and spent the latter part of the season on loan at Carrow Road.
Lee was thought to be keen on a permanent switch to Norfolk despite City's relegation to League One but Warnock has revealed no transfer is imminent.
"It's not close as far as I'm aware," he told the Croydon Guardian.
"I know he has spoken to them in the past but I don't think there is anything going on there."
