Warnock issues Newcastle warning

The Magpies will be favourites to bounce straight back following their shock relegation from the Premier League but Warnock has warned they will not find the Championship a walk in the park. "They won't find it easy by any stretch of the imagination," he told the South London Press. "Newcastle coming down only shocks me in the sense that no way should a club like that get relegated with the fanbase they have got - they have just made so many errors of judgement at every turn. "It's not funny from inside the club but from the outside it is almost comical. I don't think we fear anybody or that reputations will worry us because we're not that type of team. I don't believe Newcastle will relish playing us. "Ideally we want them at Selhurst on the first day of the season - I'm sure that would be the televised match."
