Turner joins Palace staff
Dougie Freedman has added goalkeeping coach Lee Turner to his backroom staff at Crystal Palace.
Turner previously coached at Southend for eight years, where new Eagles boss Freedman ended his playing career.
"It's terrfific, I've settled in fine, the club's been very welcoming and I feel like I've hit the ground running," said Turner.
"Dougie's professionalism was fantastic at Southend and that's always been the way. He will be a bright, up-and-coming manager for sure."
