Thomas allowed to fly Eagles nest
The 25-year-old signed for Palace on a two-year contract from non-league Boreham Wood for an undisclosed fee in July 2008.[LNB]But he was unable to break into the first team at Selhurst Park, making just one substitute appearance in a Championship defeat at Wolves the following September.[LNB]Thomas has had loan spells at Grays, Rotherham, Ebbsfleet and Darlington, notching up 22 appearances in all and scoring three goals.[LNB][LNB]
