Stokes to fire Palace promotion bid
The Black Cats hitman has signed on loan for Neil Warnock's side until the end of the season.
Stokes, 20, made an outstanding first impression in his full Palace debut on Saturday with a goal that helped earn a 2-1 win over Preston.
"I came here to help Crystal Palace as much as I can," said the former Arsenal youngster.
"I've only spoken to the manager two or three times, but he seems like a livewire, so it should be interesting."
