Spirit is strong - Derry

Crystal Palace skipper Shaun Derry insists the spirit at the crisis-hit club remains as strong as ever. The Eagles went into administration last week with debts upwards of £30million and were deducted 10 points. But on the field things are looking up with Tuesday's memorable 3-1 FA Cup victory over Wolves setting up a mouthwatering fifth-round visit from Aston Villa. "It's been well documented what has happened in the last two or three weeks, culminating in a bad week for us last week with administration," said Derry. "But there is some spirit in this team. We can look back on the Wolves result in a few years as a great victory."
