Sears nets in Palace victory
Sears, who has joined the Eagles on a season-long loan from West Ham, hit his side's third goal as they beat their sister team, Crystal Palace USA, 5-2.
Alan Lee and Alesanne N'Diaye were also on target for the tourists, while two own-goals finished off Palace USA.
