Sean Scannell believes the new management team in place at Crystal Palace are having a positive impact. The Croydon youngster, 21, who is in the throws of pre-season training, believes preparing under new boss George Burley and his backroom team is helping to improve his game. He told the club's official website: "The first couple of weeks have been enjoyable. He's a manager that helps you and works individually on aspects of your own game. "He works hard to get the best out of you and has a very definite way of how he wants the team to play. "The management team have all been stressing the way we should be preparing to play in games. They just want us to play football the right way and it will help my own game, so I am very pleased from my point of view."
