Crystal Palace will continue to look to their academy to ensure a brighter future. Ibra Sekajja is the latest teenager to come through the ranks at Selhurst and announced his arrival in style with the goal which secured their Championship survival in the 1-1 draw at Hull on Saturday. Fellow academy graduates Wilfried Zaha, Sean Scannell and Nathaniel Clyne have also enjoyed impressive campaigns and boss Dougie Freedman will continue to blood the club's youngsters. "People have to remember this club was in administration a year ago and people here, including myself, are still new to the running of a football business," said Freedman. "But we will work hard to produce young players as this club is not one that throws millions around, and we need to keep producing talented young players and playing good football."
