Alan Pardew admits he may never have another chance to complete the 'perfect dozen' of calendar year away victories.
Pardew's Crystal Palace take on Bournemouth at Dean Court on Boxing Day, hunting a 12th win on the road in as many months.
Former Palace midfielder Pardew hailed his side's remarkable travelling form, and urged the Eagles to turn it on again on the south coast.
"There's only one or two years that have probably been better than this," said Pardew when asked where 2015 ranked across his managerial career.
"But 11 away wins in one calendar year is phenomenal. I don't know if I'll ever be able to repeat that at any other club.
"We'll have to wait and see.
"And we've still got the opportunity to get one more.
"It will be a perfect dozen if we can make it."
Palace take on Bournemouth with the praise of Cherries manager Eddie Howe ringing in their ears.
Howe admitted Bournemouth can hold up Palace as a shining example of how to make Premier League progress, with the Croydon club sitting sixth in the table.
Pardew revealed he twice tried to sign Howe during the Bournemouth boss' days marshalling defences, but was now happy to see the 38-year-old blazing a trail for young English managers.
Pardew also admitted he has warned Palace to be wary of a Bournemouth team built in its upwardly mobile boss' image.
"I tried to sign him once at Reading, and again at West Ham I believe," said Pardew of Howe.
"Once we had some discussions and then he got injured, and then the second time I can't remember if Harry (Redknapp) was going to loan him or something.
"It doesn't surprise me, him making it as a coach, because he was a thinking man's footballer.
"He wasn't blessed with fantastic pace, he probably wasn't big enough to be a centre-half, but he was very good at reading the game, a very good passer of the ball and very intelligent.
"And those are the attributes his team has.
"He's doing great. I don't think anyone who's met Eddie and gone down to Bournemouth to watch them play doesn't admire what he's done."
