No-lose situation, says Butterfield
The popular right-back has been playing up front since Victor Moses began talks over his deadline-day move to Wigan and responded in spectacular style with a six-minute hat-trick to sink Wolves 3-1 in Tuesday night's replay.[LNB]Butterfield had only scored one goal in his previous six seasons but admits he is developing a liking for playing at the other end of the pitch.[LNB]"I'm starting to think I have spent 12 years of my career playing in the wrong position," he said.[LNB]"I think the last time I played up front was the youth team at Grimsby. I certainly enjoy it, it gives me a new lease of life and I'm in a no-lose situation because if I don't do well I'm not renowned for being a striker.[LNB]"At the moment it's a temporary thing but it might continue - at least it gives the gaffer another option between now and the end of the season."[LNB][LNB]
