With the winter transfer window in full swing, the Eagles starlet has become a hot topic of conversation.[LNB]His blistering form over recent weeks has alerted top flight clubs to his huge potential and it appears to be only a matter of time before he is whisked away from Selhurst Park.[LNB]At just 19-years-old Moses still have plenty to learn, but he insists that he is ready to take on the challenge of testing himself against the best in the business.[LNB]"I just want to play at the highest level I can," he told Sky Sports News.[LNB]"The higher you play the more experience you get. If there is any chance for me to play at the highest level there is no point in waiting, so I will go and grab it.[LNB]"Wherever I am I just want to keep on playing football and doing my best. I want to score goals and create goals for my team-mates."[LNB]Eagles boss Neil Warnock is resigned to losing Moses over the next few weeks, but hopes he can bring the youngster back to Palace on loan for the remainder of the season.[LNB]"It will be impossible to keep him here in the situation we are in, not just the financial situation but Victor will have to play at the top level. I've never had anybody with this ability since I have been a manager," said the experienced coach.[LNB]"I will be very surprised if he is not playing top Premier League football by February. I think a lot of people will regret not having a little gamble on him when that happens, because it will be too late."[LNB]Warnock added: "We have had a number of enquiries and a couple of concrete offers, but the chairman is dealing with all that.[LNB]"We would ideally love to sell him and loan him back for the rest of the season, but if he stays with a Premier League club he will play games. I have no doubt about that."[LNB][LNB]
