More shoulder misery for McCarthy
The Irish centre-half underwent surgery on the shoulder earlier this year but caused further damage after falling awkwardly in training at the beginning of the month.[LNB]Medics were hoping he would be able to return to action without needing more surgery but his latest setback could hasten the need for another operation.[LNB]"It doesn't look good," boss Neil Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser. "He'll see the specialist again on Monday and decide the best course of action."[LNB][LNB]
