Lawrence listed by Eagles chief
The 34-year-old centre-half has made three appearances for the Eagles this season, including last Saturday's 4-0 home drubbing at the hands of Scunthorpe.
"We feel it is time for Matt to have a change of scene so we have put his name on the transfer list," said Warnock.
"Matt and I had a chat in the week and we agreed he should be playing every week, which is something we will not be able to offer him at Crystal Palace."
Lawrence joined from Millwall in 2006 and has made 119 appearances, scoring one goal.
