Jones: Eagles' spell will help Sears
The young striker was last week recalled from his season-long loan spell by injury-hit West Ham.[LNB]Sears did not manage a single goal during his time with Palace, although he infamously had a perfectly good effort at Bristol City ruled out when the ball bounced back out of the net.[LNB]But Jones said: "I know Freddie will come out of the back of this a stronger player and I am confident he will find his form soon - it's just a shame it won't be with us."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
