Palace have lost their last two home games, against Blackpool and Ipswich, and Ifill is concerned that the team's run of form and the supporters' reaction to it is affecting the confidence of the young players.[LNB]Ifill told The South London Press: "At home is a hard place to play at the moment for everybody - which is not good.[LNB]"I've been around the block a bit but it's a lot harder for younger lads like Lee Hills. The youngsters need to be helped."[LNB]Manager Neil Warnock has called for his team to turn around a stale period of the season, aware that some wins could make the whole Championship table look very different in a months time.[LNB]Warnock said: "We haven't played well in the last four games so we want to turn it around and put some performances in."[LNB][LNB]
