Hill understands contract scenario

The left-back's current deal runs out at the end of the season but money is tight at the club and boss Neil Warnock is unlikely to initiate talks at least until the turn of the year. "I know with the situation at the club, they can't make any real promises," Hill told the Croydon Advertiser. "But I know the script, if they talk to me during Christmas then that's when it will be. If they talk to me in April, then that's when it's going to have to be. "I'm still a Crystal Palace player and anything with regards to a contract I will leave to the club. "No matter what happens I will continue to give 100% for this football club."
