Flinders injured in reserve game
Palace had to play the closing minutes with centre-half Jerry Nnamani in goal, having used all their substitutes when Flinders was forced off after colliding with Addicks striker Dean Burton.
A strong Palace line-up also included defenders Johnny Ertl and Lee Hills and striker James Scowcroft, who is a reported loan target for a number of Championship clubs.
Youngsters Nathanial Pinney and James Comley, who will be expected to play a part in Neil Warnock's first team during the closing weeks of the season, were also involved.
