Speculation is growing that QPR are preparing a move to make Warnock their new boss while the 61-year-old has made no secret of his disappointment at seeing the Eagles placed into administration last month.[LNB]However Brendan Guilfoyle is determined to resist any attempts to prise Warnock away from Selhurst Park.[LNB]"We've not had anything officially but if we get get a phonecall I think we would decline it," Guilfoyle told the South London Press.[LNB]"He's our manager and we need him to make sure we don't end up in the relegation zone. But if Neil makes the decision he wants to go then I'm in a very difficult position.[LNB]"I understand my appointment creates uncertainty so the sooner I can get a purchaser in to tell Neil if he figures in their plans, the better."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
