The Eagles have been struggling to find a buyer with the issue of ownership of the ground believed to be a stumbling block for potential investors.[LNB]Guilfoyle, who was appointed to run Palace by P&A Partnership, held a meeting with Laurie Manson from Pricewaterhouse Coopers where it was decided that the option of buying the freehold for Selhurst Park would be part of any package to sell the club.[LNB]"It was an excellent, constructive meeting," Guilfoyle told the Croydon Advertiser. "I am confident that their preferred route is now to sell the ground, which is what we want.[LNB]"They are getting it valued in the next few days. The ideal situation for us now is to find the buyer, they can then settle with the creditors and then talk to PWC about the ground."[LNB][LNB]
