Defender banned for North End clash
The left-back picked up his fifth booking of the season during last weekend's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest and serves a one-match ban, so youngster Lee Hills could be handed a rare start.[LNB]Freddie Sears limped off last week with a groin strain but has responded well to treatment and Palace have not yet ruled out the on-loan West Ham striker.[LNB]Stern John, who has made three substitute appearances since suffering a dislocated elbow on the opening day of the season, or Victor Moses will come in if Sears does miss out.[LNB]Another forward, Calvin Andrew, is still missing after knee surgery but he is back in training and played in a practice match this week.[LNB][LNB]
