Davis banned for Johnson clash
The on-loan Derby centre-half was found guilty of violent conduct after elbowing Johnson in the throat in a challenge which led to the Bluebirds defender being taken to hospital.
Referee Russell Booth took no action at the time and Davis denied the subsequent charge.
But an FA regulatory commission on Friday found the 30-year-old guilty and he will now sit out Palace's last three games of the season.
