Crystal Palace hope to drink to survival

Crystal Palace fans could soon be celebrating their survival - or drowning their sorrows after relegation - with their club's own beer.

Eagles fan and Men Behaving Badly actor Neil Morrissey is behind the launch of Palace Ale, which the club will introduce at their own beer festival on Saturday May 14 - just a week after the end of the season.

"Palace Ale is a fantastic beer and I'm sure the Palace fans will love it," said Morrissey.

"I look forward to meeting many of them and getting their feedback at the festival."

Morrissey will be hoping Palace are not in League One by then - they are currently three points above the relegation zone with four matches left.
