Crewe Alexandra manager Gudjon Thordarson hopes he will still be at Gresty Road next season, even if the club is playing in League Two. Alex are three points away from safety going into the last match of the season, against champions Leicester City. Alex chairman John Bowler has said he wants to keep the former Barnsley boss on a rolling contract, with the Icelander saying: "Everything will be decided after Saturday's game. "It's very difficult to mix things up in the final week of the season when I need to concentrate on the game first. "But there are a few things I'm doing now. For example, I'm assessing my players. "I had a lot of time over last weekend thinking about what to do."
