Murphy op blow

Crewe midfielder Luke Murphy will miss the remainder of the season and may require a hernia operation.The Alex Academy product has been struggling with a groin injury recently and has missed the last three matches because of the problem.Murphy may need surgery in readiness for the start of pre-season training in July.The 21-year-old has made 44 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring three goals.
