Crewe Alexandra's stand-in boss Neil Baker plans to stick with striker Steve Jones, despite his recent lack of goals.
The Northern Ireland international has hit the target just twice in ten league outings this season and Baker knows that he has to find a way to boost the player's confidence.
"With Steve last Saturday it looked like a genuine lack of confidence rather than ability," he told the Stoke Sentinel.
"But he is an honest lad and he will keep going. He has faced setbacks before so we've not written him off."
