Gradi unhappy at exit

Crewe's director of football Dario Gradi blamed a disjointed performance for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round penalty shoot-out defeat at Chester City.
Ryan Lowe fired the Railwaymen into a first-half lead at the Deva Stadium, before the home side equalised and went on to win on spot-kicks by a 4-3 scoreline.
"We were disappointed with the way we played in the first half," Gradi told the club's official website.
"We struggled to get any moves going and the one we did towards the end of the first half resulted in our goal.
"It is disappointing to have gone out so early, especially after we went so close to getting to the final last season.
"We wanted to go as far as we could but we knew that this was going to be a tough game here at Chester."
