Crewe Alexandra manager Dario Gradi has admitted that he will have to rest teenager Billy Jones in the near future.
The 16-year-old has played in Alex's last five games, but needed five stitches in a head wound after a collision with West Brom star Rob Hulse during Saturday's 2-2 draw.
"I would like to rest Billy at some point," Gradi told the club's official website.
"He's playing well, but from experience if I don't rest him soon then Mother Nature will do and we don't want that to happen."
