Gradi 'has work to do' at Crewe

Caretaker manager Dario Gradi says he understands the size of the task ahead of him after watching Crewe lose 2-1 at home to Morecambe on Saturday.The Alex have lost nine of their last 11 matches in all competitions. "You've heard the crowd, that's how they are these days and I accept that," Gradi told BBC Radio Stoke. "If I'm not wanted, I'll be told. But I want to do it.
