Gradi happy with Holland

Crewe Alexandra's technical director Dario Gradi has backed first-team coach Steve Holland to turn the club's fortunes around.
Gradi stood down as manager earlier this year after 24 years in the Gresty Road hot-seat, but Holland's appointment has coincided with a downturn in the club's fortunes.
Alex have won only two of their first 11 games of the campaign and are currently just above the League One relegation zone.
Gradi told the club's official website: "Steve's been coaching for years and he's used to winning games and losing games.
"There's a bit more responsibility now because it's with the first team and he's maybe feeling the defeats more than he would if it was an Academy game, but he's coping fine.
"He's a fantastic coach and I doubt if there's any other manager at this level who works any harder than he does.
"He's had a hard start but he's handling it and I know he'll be absolutely fine."
