Gradi considers Chelsea link-up

Crewe caretaker manager Dario Gradi hopes to use his relationship with former Alex first-team coach Steve Holland to sign players from Chelsea.Holland is now in charge of the Premier League leaders' reserve team and Gradi thinks the link could prove useful. "These things are based on personalities and relationships," Gradi told BBC Radio Stoke. "With Steve there's that strong relationship, so if I ever wanted anyone from Chelsea, I'd go to him."
