Gradi blames slow start for loss

Crewe Alexandra manager Dario Gradi has pinpointed a slow start as the reason for his side's 2-1 defeat at Torquay.The Alex conceded twice inside 16 minutes at Plainmoor and missed the chance to move within two points of an automatic promotion spot in League Two. "We started badly and they started well," Gradi told BBC Radio Stoke. "It was a combination of the two I think. "We were caught napping a bit.
