Crewe striker Pope joins Millers

Rotherham have broken their transfer record to sign striker Tom Pope from Crewe for a fee of around £150,000. The 23-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the Millers. Pope spent most of Thursday in talks with Rotherham chief executive Paul Douglas, after the two clubs agreed a fee for Crewe's top scorer last season.
