Alex secure Roberts loan

The 21-year-old wideman has joined the League One club on an emergency one-month loan deal.

Roberts joined Ipswich from Accrington Stanley in January 2007 and has been allowed to leave despite making 19 first-team appearances this season.

He scored in the Tractor Boys' 4-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday on the opening day of the Championship season.
