Crewe Alexandra have returned to Manchester United to sign youngster David Gray.
The 19-year-old defender is the latest player to swap Old Trafford for Gresty Road and will remain with the League One club for an initial month.
Gray has made just one appearance for the United first team in a narrow 2-1 Carling Cup third round victory over Crewe last season.
The Edinburgh-born youngster has been converted from a pacy winger to an attacking full-back during his time at Old Trafford.
