Crewe Alexandra's first-team coach Steve Holland admitted Saturday's 4-1 home thrashing by Bournemouth had been a "disaster". The Railwaymen have now failed to win any of their last five League One matches and afterwards Holland admitted he was ready to make changes. "Losing 4-1 at home to Bournemouth is a bit of a disaster," he said. "It's difficult to know what to make of the game. We probably had as many chances on goal but obviously the state of the game changed in the second half. "It's quite clear on the evidence of that we need to give some thought to changing one or two things. "We'll make sure we identify the right problems and come up with the right solutions."
