Young Alex side beaten by Harriers
An inexperienced Crewe side were beaten 4-0 at Kidderminster in the club`s latest pre-season friendly.
Fielding the likes of Andy White, Adam Dugdale, Harry Davis, Danny Maguire, Jimmy McCarthy and Ajay Leitch-Smith, Alex were 3-0 behind at half-time.
The Conference club also struck the crossbar in the first half.
Crewe should have reduced their arrears soon after the break but Leitch-Smith chose to ignore the unmarked McCarthy in the middle of the box and shot over the crossbar.
Kidderminster completed the scoring soon afterwards and had chances to make their victory more emphatic.
