The division's basement team were thrashed 5-1 by Northampton on Saturday but Thordarson saw a vast improvement in the 4-2 reverse against Posh at London Road in light of yet another defeat.[LNB]The Icelander said: "It was a very good response from my players and there is certainly no disgrace in losing to a quality team like Peterborough.[LNB]"It was important for us to take a step forward after what happened at the weekend and I felt we did that against one of the best teams in this division.[LNB]"For the majority of the game we dealt with them fairly well and and created some decent chances ourselves. We could have done better in two or three situations and we will have to improve that final ball in the final third of the pitch.[LNB]"But we scored two good goals against a good side like Peterborough and there are some positives to take from the game."[LNB][LNB]
